It uses sterile, single-use cartridges that contain both the piercing earring and clasp, so the instrument itself never comes into direct contact with the piercing site. Each cartridge is opened fresh for every client for a clean, hygienic piercing experience.

Pierced by E welcomes clients of all ages, from babies to adults! For minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the appointment. Age requirements and identification may apply depending on the piercing service.

Healing time varies depending on the piercing and the individual. Earlobe piercings typically heal faster than cartilage piercings. Even if your piercing looks and feels healed on the outside, the inside may still be healing, so it's important to continue following your aftercare instructions.

You'll receive specific instructions at your appointment based on your piercing placement. It's important to keep your original piercing earrings in for the recommended healing period and avoid changing them too early, as the piercing may not be fully healed yet.

No. For your safety, all new piercings must be performed using our sterile STUDEX® System 75 piercing earrings. Each piercing earring comes pre-sterilized and sealed inside a single-use cartridge specifically designed for the System 75.

Once your piercing has fully healed, you're welcome to change your jewelry to earrings of your choice.

Pierced by E is currently by appointment only. Appointments allow us to provide each client with personalized attention and plenty of time for jewelry selection, placement, piercing, and aftercare instructions.

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Late cancellations and no-shows may require a new deposit before another appointment can be booked.
